A1: Regular MOQ is 800 pcs. Small trial orders are acceptable with higher unit cost, and we support sample orders first.
A2: Normal production time is 18-28 working days. Rush orders can be finished within 10-12 working days with extra rush charge.
A3: Each piece packed with individual polybag, then packed into standard export cartons. Vacuum compression packing is optional to cut down carton volume effectively.
A4: Standard options include 600D Oxford with PVC backing (recommended for durability and water resistance), 1680D ballistic nylon (premium tier), or PP non-woven (budget/disposable). We use Tex 90 bonded nylon thread for structural seams (polyester thread degrades under trunk UV exposure). Our factory holds ISO 9001 and products comply with relevant automotive standards. We provide transparent QC reports with photos, measurements, and defect data per ISO 2859-1.
A5: Yes, full OEM & ODM service is available. We can adjust material, dimensions, inner compartments, embroidery, silk print and heat transfer printing as your demand.
