A1: All our travel locks pass official Travel Sentry TSA certification. They support security inspection in the US, Canada and most European airports. Complete certification documents, test reports and customs clearance files can be provided for buyer declaration and customs inspection.
A2: Custom service is available for bulk purchases. We support laser brand logo printing, customized shell color matching, and modified factory default combination codes. MOQ rules apply to personalized orders, and we can offer free mockup confirmation before mass production.
A3: We provide 12-month global after-sales warranty for qualified orders. The factory-controlled defective rate is below 0.3%. For damaged or malfunctioning locks caused by production quality, we support free replacement or compensation in the next batch shipment without extra buyer cost.
